Work the hours that suit you

If you're thinking of moving part-time or need to come in late or leave early some days, that's fine. You could even buddy up with a colleague and share the role between the two of you. And if you want to ease yourself into retirement, that's fine too.

Where the role allows, we're happy for you to work remotely if it cuts down your commute and we're also flexible on start and finish times during core hours. Family is important so you'll still get paid when on maternity or paternity leave, as well as adoption, fostering and fertility treatment leave.
